System operated smoothly using 1070 for several years. Replaced with 2080 Super to evaluate potential bottlenecks and fan problems on the newer model. System functioned normally afterward. Returned to 1070, restarted without issues. Changed to 2080 OC previously, which had worked before. Powered up successfully each time, no POST detected. Switched back to 2080 Super, restarted, still no POST. Disassembled the entire system, re-seated all connections and rebuilt using 1070. Restarted again, no POST. Whenever the system fails to boot, the power button remains inactive even when pressed. Edit: some details were unclear; I don’t remember specifics well. With the system not starting, it’s hard to get precise specs from it.
