I just replaced my old PSU with the same model from the same brand, and while the zapping sound I could hear within the old one is gone, there's still some issues I'm having.
At the back of the PC towards the top, there is this strange scratching like sound that wasn't there before and I'm worried I've messed something up.
The LED's of the motherboard and case fans have also reverted to their original colour which is strange.
When installing the PSU I reused the old PSU cables, as the Be Quiet support member told me it was okay to do so as my replacement is the exact same model and wattage.
Any idea what could be the cause, this PC has been the source of unending problems for me?

Please note, if it's difficult to hear, I hope this version is clearer. I'm a bit worried about powering it up again for recording.
The sound at the end of this video resembles a hard drive.
