Hey everyone,

I’m facing a major problem while trying to stream Counter-Strike 2 with Streamlabs. My FPS plummets from over 600 to just 80–200, making the game extremely choppy and unresponsive—making it nearly impossible to play.

So far, I’ve adjusted all in-game settings to Low, turned off V-Sync, used NVIDIA Reflex both on and off, run in fullscreen, and changed Power Management preferences to prioritize performance. I switched the resolution from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 without any noticeable difference.

I also tried using Game Capture and Display Capture in Streamlabs, but the results were identical. I created a brand new scene in Streamlabs, changed output settings, experimented with different bitrates and encoders, updated all graphics drivers, disabled IGPU, and ensured Windows was fully updated.

My system specs are:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090 (drivers 576.80)
- RAM: 64GB DDR5
- Monitor: 4K OLED at 240Hz
- Cooler: NZXT 360MM KRAKEN
- Motherboard: MSI MPG Z790 Carbon Bios v7E49v1A50
- SSD: Samsung 990 PRO
- PSU: Asus ROG Strix GOLD 1200W (3 months old)
- Chassis: NZXT H9
- OS: Windows 11

Despite testing every possible configuration and workaround, nothing has improved. Anyone else have run into similar issues? Any suggestions could be really helpful! Thanks a lot.

System Specs:
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
GPU:
NVIDIA RTX 5090
RAM:
64GB DDR5
Monitor:
4K, high refresh rate
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. Include the driver version for your discrete GPU. Is the iGPU disabled in BIOS? Did you let the OS download and install drivers meant for your platform or did you install all necessary drivers with the latest version in an elevated command, while in offline mode(after OS install)?
