Hello, I've experienced some problems while playing Planetside 2 where the game only partially understands certain inputs. For example, it would display a weapon switch in the bottom right corner and change the crosshair, but the gun I changed to wouldn't actually switch, leaving me unable to use it. Additionally, nearby objects sometimes appear only partially rendered, though I'm not sure why this happens. My FPS and ping are normal, and my PC specifications are well above the required standards (16GB DDR4 RAM; initially on an HDD, later moved to SSD with 1060 GTX and 3GB VRAM, i5-6400). The internet connection is also fast, around 60Mb/s.

I've tried several solutions: changing storage devices, adjusting display settings, switching resolutions, using different graphics options, reinstalling the game multiple times, running it with and without Steam (using the standalone version), reinstalling all drivers, and confirming in NVIDIA settings that the game is using my GPU. I also checked for file integrity, cleared dust from inside the computer, ran a CPU health check from Intel, and inspected the GPU for any damage—no issues found.

Any advice or assistance would be very much appreciated.

cpu/gpu temperature and performance while playing?
memory and ssd utilization?
how much space is currently occupied on the ssd?
psu brand and model details?

CPU temperature readings: Core 0 at 68°C, Core 1 at 70°C, Core 2 at 64°C, Core 3 at 66°C. All in Celsius.
CPU usage is at 100% – about 80% comes from the game, which might explain the high load.
GPU temperature is 60°C with 25% usage.
SSD has ample space, roughly 400GB left.
Power supply unit is a Corsair CX600 I.

RAM consumption is at 60%
Storage space details are unclear for quick verification

(If the active period is around 20-25%, this suggests the focus was on that range.)

temperature appears unchanged – maybe the airflow is insufficient?
