I recently purchased an ASUS ROG Strix B660 Mini ITX board for my Intel 12600K system. I started testing it on a small bench to verify functionality before installing it in my PC. During boot, the white VGA light appears even when only the CPU is active, and the green M.2 power indicator also lights up. I’ve already returned the first M.2 module and tried another identical model, but the same issue persists.

With the cable connected, the monitor displays a signal but never shows anything, while the fans start up without any output.
