I received a new Windows 11 tablet equipped with a 1TB 2230 SSD and a WD_Black SN770M 2TB. I transferred the included drive using Macrium Reflect, disabling BitLocker beforehand. The cloning appeared successful and Windows 11 started normally. I can log in and interact with the system briefly, but after a few seconds to a minute it freezes, forcing a shutdown. There’s no Ctrl+Alt+Del response—screen locks up. Could this indicate a problem with Macrium Reflect or a failing WD_Black SSD? The tablet itself is functioning properly. I’m considering returning the SSD if this is confirmed.

It seems uncertain, but most of my clones with Reflect (about 5-7 times) are working well. Try reclaiming and if it fails, it's likely an NVMe issue. After cloning, run an SFC/scannow on the new drive just to be safe.

I performed several cloning attempts, but they all ended up in the same state. This time, I used diskgenius and it worked perfectly. I’m not sure what caused the problem, but I found another tool that functions well.
