I recently upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 1700 to a Ryzen 5700x3d. Before the change, my TV audio was functioning properly. I updated the BIOS of my Asrock x370 Taichi to version 7.3 and then installed the new processor. Now, everything seems to work correctly except for one issue: Windows doesn’t recognize my TV as an audio device. The video display is fine, speakers output works, and my USB headphones also function properly. I’ve tried clearing CMOS, reinstalling both AMD and Real Tech audio drivers, and even ran a driver easy scan. All drivers are up to date, and I’ve switched to a different HDMI cable just in case. If anyone has suggestions, please share. Thank you ahead of time.

The choice isn't present. The available alternatives are: Speakers (steam streaming microphone), Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Def Audio), speakers (Steam Streaming Speakers - Realtek HD Audio).

I simply tried removing all audio drivers from Driver Easy, rebooted the machine, and then reinstalled what it detected—resulting in a functional setup.
