If you install a new SSD and want your operating system on it, you don’t necessarily need to purchase another OS. You can transfer everything to the SSD during setup. It depends on your current setup—just check compatibility and follow the installation guide. If you're unsure, start with the SSD and see how it works before deciding.

You can transfer the operating system to the new SSD. There are numerous tools available to assist with this process. For instance, I purchased a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB drive and utilized Samsung Data Migration to relocate my Windows 10 installation there.
