Hello, I am experiencing several issues with my PC (Windows 11) and I'm hoping to find some help here. My system configuration is as follows: PC specs: GPU: AMD RX7900XTX XFX SPEEDSTER MERC 310 CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D PSU: Corsair RM1000e SSD: Kingston KC3000 2TB MB: ASRock X670E Steel Legend RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x32GB 6000Mhz Peripherals and drivers: Elgato Stream Deck (for Elgato Stream Deck XL) Equalizer APO (for AntLion ModMic Wirless) Razer Synapse (for Razer Huntsman V2 TKL, Razer Basilisk V3, Razer Kiyo, Razer Barracuda X) Attached displays: 3x ASUS VG27AQA1A (via DP) 1x LG 23MP68VQ (via HDMI) Problems I'm encountering: Some games (e.g. World of Warcraft, Age of Empires 4) are not recognizing the GPU driver Occasionally (around every third time), some applications such as Spotify, VS Code, Task Manager, Explorer, and Firefox take around 15-30 seconds to open I'm noticing graphic glitches on secondary displays while playing games on the main display (e.g. YouTube glitching out) DxDiag shows an error message: "There is a problem with AMD Radeon™ Graphics device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43'". Generally the PC sometimes feels slow Steps taken to far: Uninstalled & reinstalled all drivers via DDU and AMD cleanup utility Ran DISM + sfc /scannow Updated Windows and BIOS to the latest versions Reset BIOS and ran without XMP or PBO Disabled all non-Microsoft services and all startup apps Adjusted/tinkered with AMD settings (e.g., disabling smart access memory, disabling variable refresh rate) Unplugged all peripherals except mouse, keyboard, and main display, and tried different display ports with only one display Additional Info: I reinstalled Windows and the problems went away... for a week, then they came back. I don't know what I did. I have development tools like Docker (WSL2) and PostgreSQL installed, but they don't start up with the computer - I manually start them, don't know if they could be the cause of some problems. Despite these issues, the PC is generally running well and games are working. However, the occasional long start times are quite annoying and the warnings and glitches suggest that something isn't right. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. The clues suggest the GPU is the problem. Your 5900X and 7900XTX haven’t faced this before. Would you try it with another AMD GPU—either borrowed, purchased on Amazon, and returned within the return period?
