I attempted two solutions: 1) Replaced the GPU again 2) Adjusted the desktop resolution from 4K to 1080p. Even though World of Warcraft was already at 1080p, switching Windows to also support that resolution appeared to ease the issue. At least I’ve managed to play for a few hours without BSODs. From what I understand and Nvidia’s behavior, the 3070 TI should handle 4K, so the problem remains unsolved.

The system continues to crash, but after about 3 to 4 hours it takes longer—10 to 15 minutes or more.

Data collected from the Reliability Monitor includes the following files: memory.csv, sysdata.xml, sysinfo.txt, WATCHDOG-20250713-1248.dmp, WERInternalMetadata.xml, and WERInternalRequest.xml. The minidumps are still unavailable or empty. All shared uploads come from the "View a temporary copy of these files" section.

Bjoolz is expected to provide further details, but in the meantime: The DMP file shows TDR problems (display driver timeouts). It might be several factors, but until Bjoolz replies, here are some steps to consider first: Verify RAM placement—slots 2 and 4 from left to right, not 1 and 3. Turn off any undervolts on GPU and/or CPU. Disable any CPU/GPU overclocking. If you lack both, enable XMP in the UEFI save and exit Test. Observe if crashes increase or decrease; this helps identify whether the issue lies with RAM or CPU. If no change occurs, reset RAM to default 2133 MHz and raise voltage slightly (e.g., from 1.25V to 1.26V or 1.27V). You may also test with a single RAM stick in slot 2; if it behaves normally, try the other stick. RAM is commonly responsible for Display TDRs, which is why this troubleshooting approach was suggested.

If the game freezes sooner or later than expected, it suggests a possible RAM or CPU issue, likely related to the memory controller or processor speed. Determining the exact cause is challenging because crashes can occur after just 10 seconds or last up to 4 hours, depending on the system's condition. I haven't adjusted the CPU, RAM, or GPU speeds. After updating the BIOS, I've reset all default settings and am using MSI Afterburner to verify GPU voltage settings. The motherboard only has two RAM slots, which might explain the problem either. (Reference: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450I-GA...cification) I plan to activate XMP profiles.

It failed right away after turning on A-XMP. (This happened even with the previous RAM modules.) Turning it off lets me start WoW and navigate.

Hopefully Bjoolz will share their insights. With two different RAM modules and sudden crashes, it seems the issue might lie with the motherboard or CPU. XMP overclocking is possible, though it shouldn't be too severe—especially on a board with just two slots. Here are some unusual checks to consider: Have you tested each RAM stick individually? Is the RAM properly installed? Could the CPU have a bulky heatsink or be overly tight? Uneven force or excessive pressure on the socket can lead to problems, though this is uncommon if installation was correct.

I'll try it with only one stick of memory. The Ram should be fully seated. I've made sure of that. There is a fairly big Peerless Assassin heatsink on, but it is sideways and not directly pressing down on the CPU. Either way, I'll try to loosen it a bit, as it is not impossible that it is tightened too much

I'm currently using one stick of RAM, a re-seated GPU, and updated the thermal paste plus adjusted the CPU connections. Everything seems to be working fine. WoW has been running idle for a while without any problems.
