I assembled this PC and I'm facing some issues. It won't boot from USB or the main drive. The specs are: Intel DX38BT Core 2 quad (Bios shows genuine Intel), an HD 6970 with 8GB DDR3, a 750GB HDD and a 256GB SSD. When I power it on, the fans spin too fast before it shuts down. Sometimes it shows 3 beep codes indicating RAM problems, and I've tried replacing the RAM sticks. Other times it displays 5 beep codes, which isn't listed in the manual, possibly signaling a CPU failure. It sometimes boots but restarts when trying to load Windows. After a few minutes, the cursor blinks in the top left and then it restarts. In BIOS, everything looks fine except for the CPU reporting as genuine Intel instead of Q8300. That might be a quirk with this particular board. Anyone have any suggestions?
