Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice about Chrome and Zoom. They keep crashing and sometimes show a blue screen when I'm gaming. Even though they work fine during long benchmark runs, I've noticed these issues before. My system includes a Ryzen 3600, a Ryzen 7 3200MHz, an Asrock B350m Pro 4, and a Sapphire 5700X. The Wi-Fi card is a Sapphire X570. I think the problem might be related to the Wi-Fi card or the older graphics card. A picture from BluescreenView could help too.

Check if you should disable XMP permanently or reset CMOS afterward.

Reset CMOS easily—avoid enabling XMP and keep BIOS defaults until the problem resolves.

Hello, I went through every instruction and the issue keeps happening. It’s showing IRQL_NOT_LESS or equal errors more often than normal, and YouTube crashes with an access violation status. It might be related to RAM, but I’m not sure. Right now, motherboards are quite costly, so I hope it’s not that.

Check for RAM availability and obtain a fresh package, confirming it matches the motherboard specifications.

Hello, thank you for your patience. I attempted to disable the smart access memory but it still causes crashes. I also replaced a known working RAM from my cousins' PC; it boots fine with one stick but not with two. Over the past six years of using the motherboard, I've experienced memory issues and changed RAM twice—from four sticks to two for stability. I'm planning more testing now because money is limited and I don't want an incorrect upgrade. Edit: Currently testing my RAM on my cousins' machine, it shows no problems. They have a Ryzen 5 1600 M-series with an MSI B450M Redragon RX 580 4GB.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to your Downloads folder (use the desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.
