You've managed to clear most of the unnecessary software, but those pre-installed games still appear in your start menu. The issue might be related to how Windows handles startup files or cached data. Try uninstalling them using the built-in Windows tools or a clean installation method. If PCDecrapifier doesn't work, consider using a more thorough cleanup tool or checking your registry settings. Let me know if you need further guidance.

I'll review this once more tonight after I arrive home. But I promised I looked it over.

They weren’t installed, which means I’m confused about what you did. These are shortcuts that let you download the game by clicking them. All you needed to do was right-click and choose Unpin—those don’t have the “Uninstall” option. That’s a mistake. Set up a new account, transfer your files, remove the old one, let Windows update everything. Afterward, visit the Store, look for updates to confirm all apps are current, including those you don’t need. Then you can uninstall or unpin unwanted programs. Stop relying on tools and do it properly. That’s my advice.

I'm currently at work and hurriedly wrote this, which might not be the best phrasing. I didn't mean to use the word uninstall, but rather unpin. This is my 12th PC setup in the past three months, and I've never faced any trouble removing these shortcuts. I won't belittle your skills, but I wanted to explain a bit more. I removed them from the tile pane on first boot. After doing so, a white tile appeared where the pin used to be, and the hover details stayed visible. When I clicked right from the start menu, there was no way to delete it or unpin from the menu. I restarted and the tiles came back. Eventually, I tried using whatever tools I had and stopped trying to do it perfectly after three attempts—they always worked again. This is my first time using Windows 10 Pro instead of Home, so I wasn't sure if there was a special step or something I missed. Maybe a decrapifier could catch something I overlooked with other methods. When I clicked the shortcut, it happened after I unpinned it and the thumbnail disappeared, but the hover options stayed in both the start menu and tile pane. I was just testing if it had truly been removed before I restarted, which is why everything reappeared afterward.

They will return repeatedly until you remove them after confirming your license.

Wow, after mentioning that, I activated it later and faced this problem before calling to activate. I didn’t realize timing was the issue. I’ll try again at home since I’ve already set it up. Great job catching that!
