Hey Guys,
I own the Razer Firefly Hard V2 and I'm facing the same problem as before. There are small round white spots showing up, and even with a thumbnail it's really tough to remove them. Do any of you share this issue? Have you tried any solutions that won't damage the surface or the edge lighting? Thanks.

About a year ago, the same issue occurred with my V1 of the Razer Firefly pad.
Bought directly from Razer.
No usage has taken place; I typically clean them with my fingernail, assuming they might be small dust clumps. Even though the area isn't overly dusty now, it's possible.
