Remove the login pin for Windows 10.
I just performed a fresh reset and installation of Windows 10. While setting it up, it asked me to add a pin for convenience, but I couldn’t skip that step. After turning off the machine, it still prompts me to enter the pin each time it powers down. This is frustrating because I’d rather not have to re-enter it every time. I searched online and tried several solutions, but none have resolved the issue. I understand it’s a home setup, so I don’t need any work-related concerns.
Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options is where you'll discover the main settings you require. You can adjust various sign-in choices like Pin, Password, etc., and modify them as needed. Additionally, you can update the "Require sign-in" option to enable or disable the requirement to log in again after the PC sleeps.
Thanks to @xAcid9 and @RockSolid1106. I might have missed something important before. I’ll let you know next time my comp goes top sleep.
