I powered it off and let it restart. It started up using the HDD, displaying the Windows logo along with a loading spinner. After a moment, it became stuck on a dark screen. The issue was fixed by exchanging the SATA cable for an SSD connection and vice versa.

It's likely a cable problem. I've experienced that before. Did you delete any important Windows files recently?

Sure thing. The board bios seem like a big issue. I can't alter the boot sequence, and probably only adjust the SATA cables on those disks. I shared the build log there. Those are the two drives with the orange cables in the first picture.
