Initially, I didn’t use a regular Windows version—it was activated through my company’s activation service. Could this be the cause of the missing brightness slider? Additionally, I’ve checked every solution available on YouTube; I’ve updated both my graphics and monitor drivers but haven’t seen any improvement.

Hello there! This looks like a desktop environment—unless it's an all-in-one unit, which typically doesn’t include brightness controls; those are usually handled by your monitor settings.

Additionally, you may find a setting in your GPU driver tool to modify brightness using software. However, as @Mel0n pointed out, Windows typically doesn't offer controls for external displays. This assumes we're discussing a desktop setup rather than a laptop.
