Hi, I noticed your PC has two versions of Windows 10 installed, but only the top one is working. Can you try removing the second Windows 10 installation to fix this? Thanks!

Open a window named "system configuration" by navigating to the start menu and typing "sysconfig." Press enter and switch to the boot tab on the opened window. You can remove any additional installations there. I don’t have an extra install in my photo, but you should see two of them listed.
