It looks like some additional keyboard languages are appearing when using alt+shift, but they don’t appear in the standard settings. This issue likely occurred after you accidentally selected them in the regional format area.

Enter time and language, then language and region. Choose what you don't need. Press more and delete.

They might be on a different menu section. Since Windows isn't exactly user-friendly, if you have multiple languages set up... Review the language settings for each one. At the very end of each language choice, there may be several keyboard options available.

On Windows 10 there isn’t a language or region selection, and the keyboard only displays your previous two languages.
