To fix my phone I had to download this annoying app from Verizon and I’m not sure how to remove it. Every time I start Windows it shows a crash message, and the task manager points me to a weird folder: C:\Users\Kevin\AppData\Roaming\VERIZON\UA_ar. It’s not important how much space it uses, but the crash during startup bothers me a lot.

To stop the program from launching automatically, remove its startup option in Autoruns via the provided link.
