I reviewed numerous GPU removal tutorials, attempted various tools like a screwdriver, ruler, and chopstick, yet the PCIe button remains unresponsive. I tested from different angles, applying sufficient pressure because the button leaves a clear mark on my finger. I’m certain I removed all screws and cables, and the GPU still moves freely. A photo is attached for reference in case I overlooked something.

You're asking which component you want to eliminate: the case's GPU, the die itself, or the cooler.

Start by moving the GPU closer to the motherboard to secure the lock. Then apply pressure at the end of the right side of the GPU area that you normally press to release it. Occasionally the lock re-secures itself when you remove the card, so I kept the lock engaged with one hand while using the other to pull the GPU out.
