Hi guys,
During stress tests I use HWMonitor and AMD Overdrive to track the temperature of my x6 1075t. I know the 1075t should reach up to about 55-62 degrees Celsius as a maximum.
My worry is that if HWMonitor shows a temperature of 50 degrees in any core, the overdrive reports a thermal margin of 20 degrees. This implies overdrive believes it’s safe to increase the temperature to 70 degrees?
Anyone have some insight on this?
Cheers,
A.

HWMonitor has always performed poorly on AMD systems.
