You can log in automatically. Just enter "netplwiz" in the search box and make sure the password option is off. Click OK. Have fun!

It seems the installation wasn’t a fresh setup, right? Many issues here stem from incomplete upgrade processes.

I previously accessed that menu by entering "control userpasswords2" in the run dialog. It seems to be a function from Windows 95.
