Reinstall
I noticed Windows was set up on the SSD instead of the M.2 drive, which is causing slow performance because the SSD is constantly at full capacity. I need to remove both drives and install Windows again on the M.2 slot, but after deleting partitions or formatting there’s no option to reinstall. There are no discs or a DVD drive in my PC, so it seems I’m stuck with a trash system.
They're both outdated, but the SSD is really bad which likely causes the slowness. I just need it to store backups of my files. My Windows and games should be on the m.2 drive.

All systems operate at a sluggish pace. Task Manager reveals the SSD is fully utilized at 100%. It appears Windows isn't functioning properly on that device.

Is anything currently on the TeamGroup NVMe?
If not, you can clone directly from the TeamGroup SATA III to the NVMe.
Steps to follow if you want to go that route.
Who configured it like this?
And really, there in nothing wrong with having the OS and applications on a SATA III drive. Mayny people have that config.
It should not be....slow.
How full is that drive?
There is something on the m.2 but I plan to relocate it to an external storage device. I did this two years ago when setting up the system because both drives appear as "TeamGroup 2TB" in Windows, making it hard to distinguish which was which. I only recently discovered how to identify the correct drive. There seems to be an issue with the SSD since the task manager consistently shows it at full capacity and loading or copying files takes a long time. When I first installed it, it came with a disc rather than a code, but I have no idea where that disc is now after two years, especially since I don’t have a DVD drive on this PC.
You don't have to purchase another copy of the Windows license. A reinstall on this same system won't cause any licensing problems. It also works fine even on a different drive.
