You recently assembled a PC using some salvaged components and it functioned briefly before failing. The issue occurred during a search on Google, then the system power-cycled and became unresponsive. The current hardware includes a Z390 A-PRO motherboard, an Intel i5-9600K CPU, an 1060 GPU, 6GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM, a 450W PSU, a WD Blue 2TB SSD for booting, and a 240GB SSD drive. Any suggestions on possible causes?
