The refund policy offers either 2 hours of playtime or 2 weeks of ownership, which seems to be the maximum allowed.
Uncertain about the process. Refunds were processed quickly sometimes and slowly at other times. I think fewer employees are available during the weekends.
I received a refund for a game purchased more than two weeks ago but used less than two hours.
Black and white content must be limited to 2 hours of gameplay or 2 weeks of ownership. I’ve already refunded WRC 7 FIA with 4 hours of gameplay and nearly 3 weeks of ownership. They’ll ask whether you’d like to convert it to your Steam wallet or refund it back to your bank account—generally the latter is quicker.
Convert the funds to your Steam wallet for quicker access, and consider sending the money back to your bank if you prefer. If you plan to use it for another purchase, changing it to your Steam wallet is recommended.
