Likely, it's just the cloud storage part. If you're okay with that, why hold onto the cloud storage while keeping the game itself?

Refunds are available only for games with two hours or less of playtime. I wouldn’t stress over preserving such a brief duration.

I can’t technically duplicate your save file, but you can share it with anyone else. Is it stored exclusively in the cloud?

It’s pointless to ask for a refund. You’ll lose money by repurchasing it instead of simply removing local files and re-downloading if you’re not sure.
