Someone can clarify the causes of thermal throttling. When HTP and PROTHOT EXT return "YES," it usually means the system is trying to cool down. For GPUs, if POWER and CURRENT are both "YES," it often indicates the hardware is under stress or overheating. This can be normal during heavy loads but may signal a problem if persistent.
