It seems the issue might be using only half of your GPU's capacity and it's not running at 144Hz.

Well I used to get like 70-100 fps but my GPU could do the better it was working around 50-75% to give me this fps. I finished the game so there is no need to for you too find solution for my problem thanks for your attention

I use the same card and a comparable CPU (Intel equivalent, no HT. PepeHands). Everything seems fine. High frame rates on that card really push it. It was amusing to watch 3200 fps on the loading screen! Haha. I had to load the game first to compare, but that’s about it.
