My RTX 2060, Ryzen 7 2700, Gigabyte x470 Ultra Gaming motherboard, and 16GB of 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB RAM experience a noticeable drop in frame rates, often between 30-60fps, despite the game indicating a 250fps performance when I have a Twitch window or fullscreen YouTube video/stream preview on my second monitor. This issue is particularly pronounced in Rocket League and occurs across multiple games.

If you have a monitor with a refresh rate greater than 100Hz, enable vertical sync and minimize any potentially problematic applications while observing frame rate drops. Solutions tested include folding other windows down or running the game in full-screen mode, though no further resolution has been discovered.

If you have a monitor with a refresh rate greater than 100Hz, select vertical sync and minimize any problematic applications when frame rates decrease. Other solutions have not been identified; however, reducing the visibility of other windows or running the game in full-screen mode may help.
