Hey everyone, I've lowered my CPU to 2.5-3.5 GHz in CSGO and need it to stabilize around 4.4 GHz. PBO is active, but I'm unsure how to maintain that speed. I let the motherboard handle the overclocking since I don't want any issues. Previously I achieved higher speeds, but now with Windows 11 it seems limited. The setup includes a Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB RAM, 3600MHz CL18, and an X570 CPU at 60-85% usage during the game. The ASUS B550 motherboard with a Hyper 212 cooler and Corsair 2400 RPM fan is in use. CPU temps at full load are around 70°C, so temperature isn't the problem.

Csgo isn't overly demanding on the CPU. If your processor can't handle maximum performance, it automatically reduces its workload. But if you're aiming for a faster clock speed, turn off certain BIOS features, disable PBO, and consider manual overclocking.

It seemed unusual that my CPU didn’t automatically increase its speed for more workload on one core compared to the four cores it uses while playing.
