Checking clock speed using HWInfo or Ryzen Master. Temperatures during the stress test were being recorded. These readings might be significant.

It's around the mid-40s with a Corsair H150i aio. The only adjustment I made in BIOs was setting the RAM to its advertised speed (3200).

It's worth noting that the Ryzen 5000 series tends to heat up a lot. If the CPU is operating at full capacity and the temperature reaches 40°C, there might be an issue. I recommend checking the BIOS settings and resetting everything to the default configuration, especially the memory DOCP profile. Updating the BIOS could also help if it hasn't been done already.

I included a picture of the CineBench R23. On a multicore test, my performance stayed consistent at 3,625 MHz during operation. The same held true for stress tests in Ryzen Master and CPU-Z. Temperatures were recorded at 46 degrees. EDIT: My score came in at 16,871, which feels a bit low.
