Reduce voltage on your CPU for better performance or stability.
A recent update was released recently for F7b. However, this might not be the main reason for overheating. Hardware Unboxed conducted some tests on the A620M chip and found it can handle entry-level 7000 series CPUs. The best approach seems to be replacing your CPU cooler to better manage the heat from the 7600X.
This setup seems unusual with such low CPU fan speeds and high clock speed. It might be due to the game being optimized for lower performance. The recent reset via Ryzen Master or BIOS could help stabilize things. If needed, a fresh reset might prevent aggressive power usage.
Consider your current setup with the H510 Elite and weigh the Kraken 120 versus the Pearl Assassin. You also have the option to upgrade to the 7600X if needed.
AIO Kraken 120 offers a pleasant cooling experience, though it feels a bit expensive compared to the 7600X. On the flip side, the H510 Elite you already own is a great PC case, and from a look standpoint, the AIO Kraken 120 complements it nicely. Just ensure you add the NZXTCam software for full performance, as otherwise it will behave like your existing cooler. Also, install the AIO Radiator on the top side of your case for best results. For optimal use, consider swapping the B650M Mobo for the B650M in this case.
