The gaming CPU temperature stays around 70-71°C even after using Ryzen Master with the -30 setting. Restarting requires JBT to reset, then BIOS adjustments are needed to restore the 6000MHz frequency and keep the temperature down. It seems the trade-off isn’t worth it unless you’re comfortable tweaking BIOS settings. Consider reverting to stock or consulting more guides before making changes.

It doesn't impact performance since you're not reaching the thermal limits, but reducing heat output could help if it means less warmth in your space. Cooler environments are usually better for most electronics—except for those that require specific heating. The 7800X3D is a relatively fixed chip; you can push it a bit more, but it's constrained by the older 3D cache design compared to the 9800X3D. PBO with motherboard restrictions of +200 and CO-30—done. Just appreciate the performance.
In PBO, select Advanced instead of Auto; it will prompt you to choose a parameter such as Motherboard.
