Hello, I recently adjusted the voltage of my new laptop CPU using ThrottleStop. It functions perfectly. I’m wondering how to enable it to start automatically at boot and keep it in the system tray rather than the taskbar. There’s an option for the taskbar, but I’d like it to stay in the system tray only.
It appears the system won't close automatically. You need to open it manually to stop or restart your laptop.

To begin throttling stop, ensure the Task Bar isn’t selected on the main screen. If it is checked, the tool will close to the task bar. When not checked, it will exit to the system tray or notification area. Some users have shared similar issues recently. It’s unclear what’s triggering this. Which Windows version are you using? I’m running Windows 10, Build 17134.48. The shutdown behavior remains consistent whether the tool is in the tray or on the desktop.
