I would reverse the airflow direction. Fronts should exhaust while the bottom intake draws in. You're dealing with thermodynamics by attempting to push warm air downward, and the CPU cooler is sending hot air toward the GPU in the existing setup. It's worth trying for a few minutes with a screwdriver to check.

You manage your chassis fans through a dedicated control system. The curve you noticed is just one part of the setup; fans are connected via separate wiring or interfaces for precise adjustment.

The fans have Velcro on one side, making reversal difficult. The curve above is specific to AMD Adrenalin, so it applies only to my GPU. My case fans are managed automatically by Gigabyte SIV (System Information Viewer), also called ThermalConsole. The motherboard handles fan control itself. I've experimented with custom curves, but they don't make a difference—they just increase noise.

The exhaust isn't effectively removing heat from the CPU, causing it to transfer to the GPU.
Front fans redirect this heat back toward the GPU intake.
Above the GPU, the air space where the vents are located is accumulating hot air.
I've suggested a possible fix—feel free to try it if you wish.

Yes, changing the direction of your fans can significantly impact performance.

You won't find this until you experiment; then you'll get fresh air from the PCI ports instead of forcing warm air through the device.

I'm not too bothered by it. Changing the CPU fan orientation shouldn't be an issue.

If you're swapping the air direction, that's the answer. Otherwise the fans might clash. It's possible the setup is the problem, but you could be missing enough exhaust. Try boosting the Noctua fan's speed first to check if that helps.
