I've been trying to reduce the 3600x clock speed because my cooler in node 202 is small. I need it to run quieter, but it's not easy with my 'Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI'. The temperatures aren't too high, but the max during games is around 88°C, which is close to 60°C when idle without throttling. My MOBO doesn’t let me change the voltage, frequency, or anything else. I checked everything in BIOS, but it seems there are really limited options. Is this just how these devices are designed? I don't see any guidance online about this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

AMD advises against lowering voltages to reduce heat, though your temperatures remain safe. A better option is to apply cTDP for further temperature control if your board allows it.
