Hey, I see you're using a 960 and an i5 2320 with 6GB RAM. You're seeing 27-80 FPS in H1ZONE, but it's still low. Let me know if you want tips to improve performance.

I looked for games with lower frame rates, but it seems adjusting settings and using NVIDIA Control Panel works best. However, your friend with a 960 and an i5 4460 is seeing higher FPS than you in many titles.
