You didn’t search for “low fps H1Z1,” so you likely missed many discussions about CPU constraints and overall performance issues.

I looked for games with lower frame rates, but it seems adjusting settings and using NVIDIA Control Panel works best. However, your friend with a 960 and an i5 4460 is seeing higher FPS than you in many titles.
