Hello, I'm dealing with an unusual problem that's hard to trace. Some time ago I upgraded my BIOS and then experienced performance drops in games. After Windows 10 updates, I installed a fresh OS and reverted the BIOS to the latest version. Once that happened, my FPS returned to normal, and I stopped seeing issues. However, a few weeks later it started dropping back to around 140 FPS again, even though everything seemed fine for weeks afterward. This issue affects all games I play, with frame drops between 30-50 FPS. In Valorant, the problem isn't limited to GPU or CPU throttling—temperatures are okay and performance returns after a while. My system specs: R5 1600, RX580, 8GB RAM, 2x4GB VRAM (model not remembered), Asus B350-f gaming PSU: Seasonic S12II 650W.
