your 14-inch setup has a fan and heat sink, so it gets very hot during intense gaming. staying under 80°C is important, but 60% CPU usage only helps a bit. You might want to consider undervolting to lower power consumption. Since you have an i5-8250U and a 25W GPU, you could try adjusting the voltage on both the CPU and GPU to reduce heat generation.

Reduce the speed as much as needed until the system stops working. The changes are made gradually, making it very simple.
