I was just cleaning my Redgragon K552, and when I tried to plug it back in after reassembly, it didn't turn on at all. I thought maybe the keycaps hadn't dried properly, so I removed them completely, left it to dry, and unplugged it. The next morning it still wouldn't power on, so I switched to a different USB port and tried connecting other devices. The USB worked, but the keyboard remained unresponsive. When I ordered a replacement, I accidentally plugged it into my work laptop instead, which worked perfectly. Now I'm still puzzled—why does it function on my laptop but not on my PC?

On your PC:
Check Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and informational events linked to the keyboard.
Manually download the keyboard drivers from the manufacturer's site. Reinstall and adjust the keyboard as needed for your setup.
(No third-party installers.)
Also, examine Device Manager. Locate the keyboard, right-click the entry, and choose "Properties".
You can also use other available options: Update, Uninstall, Scan...
Another method is to run the built-in Windows Troubleshooters. They might identify and resolve issues.
"WIN" + "I" > "Update & Security" > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters
