I actually received this keyboard today. I played a game for about two hours before leaving. When I returned, I attempted to install the Reddragon software for some RGB settings, but it stopped working immediately after installation. I uninstalled the software, updated the USB and keyboard drivers, and tried it on another PC—still nothing. Is this just a complete failure?
When searching Reddragon's support site for K630, you find three different versions. Which one is it? For your setup, please share the specifications in the same format: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, Chassis, OS, and include the BIOS version for the motherboard. Have you experimented with a faulty keyboard on another platform to exclude a defective one from the box?
