Red HDD illumination activates and subsequently the computer begins looping startup.
You recently swapped out your motherboard and graphics card, but faced problems after that. When trying to start the PC, fans and lights activated but the screen didn’t appear. It stayed stuck for a minute before the storage light flashed, then the system began looping. Could you get some advice on resolving this issue?
Reinstall everything and perform a CMOS reset. Please share your system specifications.
You might not be hitting P.O.S.T. correctly or showing the output, but the system is loading properly and starting the OS. Is your CPU equipped with an iGPU? Have you checked the built-in video ports to confirm the BIOS directs the display to the integrated graphics? Did you attempt to re-seat the GPU? Are there any troubleshooting LEDs or a 7-segment display on your motherboard displaying an error code?
Restart the CMOS and reinsert the GPU into the motherboard, but the problem persists.
Noted the CPU light is still active on the motherboard, I've repositioned it. No difference observed.
Ensure all power connections are secure. You may also attempt to update the BIOS to the most recent version via the BIOS flash button, refer to page 48 of the manual.
