Hi, your build is complete and everything looked normal when you powered it up. However, the red "DRAM" indicator stayed lit on your Aorus B650 Elite Ax motherboard. You have two Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB DDR5 sticks (32GB total). Trying to use one at a time didn’t fix the issue—both lights remained active. Also, your CPU red light was on first, but after removing a RAM stick it turned off and hasn’t reactivated. It’s possible the motherboard only shows one indicator at a time, or there might be another factor involved. Let me know if you need further guidance!

The DRAM light is off, yet the VGA indicator is illuminated. The GPU's RGB display remains active even when the system is powered on.

I connected my monitor to the motherboard rather than the GPU, and the light remains active though it appears in BIOS. The display doesn’t show anything when the monitor is plugged into the GPU (I’m using a 4070 Ti Super).

Moved it to BIOS after reinstalling the GPU, yet the red VGA indicator remains active.

In the BIOS all components are recognized, with the GPU being the exception. The PCIEX16 port appears under "PCI 4.0x16 @ 4.0x16."
