Are you able to fix a damaged motherboard BIOS using BIOS Flash Back or the Asus crash-free BIOS 3 for the B450M-A II?

It might be possible if the motherboard issue stemmed from a faulty BIOS update. A corrected BIOS flash could likely resolve the problem.

Occasionally. It can vary, but it tends to function.

You might try using the bios flashback feature. If that fails, check the TPM header—assuming it's SPI-based and not LPC-based—you could use a budget ch341a BIOS programmer with a female-to-female jumper setup. The device appears SPI-oriented near the bios chip and CMOS battery. If it's an LPC-based header, you'd need to desolder the chip onto an adapter board before programming. Without a proper hot air tool that’s tough to handle, you can still connect a cheap debug card to read postcodes.
