To fix the Windows boot manager, follow the recommended steps for your system. Restoring it won’t affect the Manjaro Linux SSD unless you reinstall or wipe it. Yes, restoring WBM could overwrite data on the Linux SSD if not done carefully.

I wasn't focusing on rearranging the boot sequence of my drives. I was attempting to start with the Asus DVD Burner first, then the Windows Boot Manager, and finally entering BIOS. I needed to boot WBM initially.
