I'm trying to resolve an issue with my cousin's PC. It keeps crashing and failing to display video when plugged in, except when it boots into safe mode after uninstalling drivers. Using a different graphics card didn't help either. I've tested various cables, outlets, and circuits, but nothing resolves the problem. Now it's happening at his house too. I'm confused about why it only works properly in my home. Can you help me figure this out?
