Occasionally it appears a blue screen with the message "Register Windows" followed by a button to go to PC settings. This can happen on Windows 8.1 and might cause issues when playing games.

I purchased my laptop from a platform named komplett, but it wasn’t registered automatically at the time of delivery. You might want to check if you can register it through their website or contact their support for assistance. If registration isn’t possible, consider replacing it with a new one.
