Corsair 32GB (8x4) vengeance offers solid performance with a minimum of 3200Mhz RAM. Higher-end models exist, but the difference won’t be noticeable.

It's curious what I found about Asus QVL products online. It looks like the RAM options I need—fast speeds and low latency—aren't in stock, or they're only available from the US. Since I'm based in the UK, maybe I should just wait a bit while more suppliers respond and the demand for high-performance RAM grows.
