I discovered the Galax STL-03 keyboard with blue switches at a fair price but am unsure if it's a great choice. Would you like my recommendation? Also, what is the top affordable mechanical keyboard?

Choosing a KB is personal choice and no-one can tell you what to pick. Since each person has individual needs, they can only say what, themselves, for themself, are preferring. But that may not align or even match yours.
For example:
I, personally, would not get that KB for myself, since it has Blue switches, meaning that every key press is followed by loud click. And i can't stand it, where it is "click-click-click" all the time. Also, that KB looks cheaply made and flimsy. And the truth is: if you pay peanuts, you will...

I'm currently using Corsair Strafe RGB KB with Cherry MX Silent switches,

Sure, it costs premium, but with high price, there also comes great build quality, reliability and option to choose (prior purchase) which Cherry MX keys to use. I picked Cherry MX Silent, which are identical to Cherry MX Red, with a difference that each key press is far more silent (up to 78% more silent). Otherwise, it's linear with 45g actuation force. My KB also has N-key rollover (no ghosting), 1000 Hz polling rate, addressable RGB (can customize individual key lighting) and decent software (iCUE), in which i can make custom macros and key presets.
So, that's my preference. I don't look for cheapest price and i'm willing to pay premium for good quality product.
